The tool room is equipped with imported CNC machines and digital control equipment, which ensures accuracy in moulds, tools and assembly fixtures etc.

The plastic components production shop is well equipped with closed loop micro processor controlled machines like Ferromatic Milacron for the best accuracy.

The metal component production shop well equipped with different capacity power presses. The well experienced man power is the credential of the mfg. unit

The supervisory staff checks each and every component before assembling and forwards the defect free components to the mechanized assembling unit.

The necessary testing equipment to carry out all the tests as per BIS standards 3854 and 1293 etc is part of the in-house facilities available with the mfg. plant.
